Brief Tidbits of the Day

kenjariThe Charles/MGH stop always reminds me of Chicago. The elevation, the way it's nestled among the tall buildings, and the view from the platform seems more like the El than the T.
I got new glasses today (new prescription, too). I swear, every time they get lighter, even though my prescription gets stronger and thus the lenses need to be thicker. I can barely even feel that this pair is on my face.
My parents gave us some tomatoes fresh from their garden. Even the best store bought organic vegetables from Whole Foods don't taste this good. I've been having one every evening with dinner, just cutting it up in a bowl and putting some salad dressing on it. Yummy!
