This romance was a sweet, sexy delight. Chloe Brown is a chronically ill web designer who decides to remake her life after she narrowly misses getting run over by a drunk driver. So she makes a list. When she ends up enlisting Red, the attractive, maddening superintendent of her building, in checking off some of the items on the list, sparks fly and they end up falling hopelessly in love.
I enjoyed the heck out of this one. Chloe is such a great character - I loved her sharp tongue, her deadpan sarcasm, her ability to feel deeply, and her determination to live her life as she wishes. Red is a nigh-perfect romantic hero - very hot, a good sense of humor, observant and attentive, and able to recognize and work on his issues. And the two of them together were terrific. I love how they each really see and learn to understand each other.
