I have not had any alcohol since June, so it was very disconcerting to wake up this morning feeling like I had a hangover.
And what's up with the four anonymous comments in Japanese on my previous entry?

given their near identical sentiments, and their close time proximity, I'd guess spam. Unless you've got lots of non-lj friends commenting in your journal, disabling anonymous comments can get rid of that problem.

Is it a sinus headache? Are you beginning to feel chronically awful in addition? Could be mildew. This year the conditions for mildew have been extraordinarily fantastic. The trouble then is identifying the source. It could be anywhere - from the mattress to the A/C vents. In fact it could be everywhere.

Nope, turned out to be a combination of dehydration and low blood sugar, perhaps aided and abetted by allergies. Thanks for the heads-up about mildew, though.
I also suppose that I should have been more specific - for me, a hangover involves less pounding headache and more of a general crappyness combined with a wooly/cottony feel in my mouth and sinuses.
