Request for pictures

A couple of the competitions/calls for scores I'm planning on sending my work to want a photo. Does anyone have a decent digital photo of me? It's fine if I will need to crop it. You can e-mail me a jpg, or if you have it on Flicker or something similar, you can send a link or post in the comments.
