Question for the reasonably local

Does anyone have the first season of Carnivale? Could we borrow disc 2? We bought our set used and it turns out disc 2 (eps 3 & 4) is scratched up, making the last couple of scenes in ep 3 barely watchable. We haven't tried to watch ep 4 yet.
