Irish Soda Bread, sans dairy

pantsie's Irish Soda Bread recipe today. Only two substitutions are necessary:
margarine for the butter (I used Earth Balance)
1 cup of soy milk plus 1 tablespoon cider vinegar for the buttermilk
It came out perfect, moist, and delicious. I used a mixture of dried cherries and raisins instead of just raisins, but that's just due to personal preference rather than dietary necessity.
