Weekend Update

This was the busiest weekend I've had in a long time. It was really wonderful to get out of the house, after being cooped up for so long due to snow and freezing cold.
jila and aquafolius were up in Boston for a visit, and Other Kenjari and I spent Saturday with them, hca and R. We ate lots of good food, and went to the aquarium. I really like the aquarium, but I must make sure to get there on a weekday morning at some point. I always find that the large quantities of children makes enjoying myself a little harder to do. And the sea otters weren't there anymore. :( Other Kenjari was particularly disappointed about that. They did have a really cool jellyfish exhibit, and the tropical fish are always great.

MAybe they had to move the otters somewhere warm for the winter.

Yeah, I hope they aren't gone forever. Sea otters, by the way, are native to the Pacific Northwest. I wonder if we'd be able to see them in the wild if we're in Oregon.
Nice icon! I made myself one of those, but I already have 3 icons (the limit for free accounts), and one of them is already a good picture of me.

Yeah, I think the icon is fairly accurate. I hope the sea otters will be back in the warmer weather. They sure are cute.
