Between yesterday and today it took me three separate attempts with a combined total of about 5 hours on hold to get through to tech support. At least their hold music was decent: a pleasantly varied selection of classical music. The tech was pleasant and helpful, but AT&T could only help me re-establish my connectivity. I had to figure out how to get things running through the Airport again on my own (another hour or so). Now things are back up and running, and I really hope that this remains true tomorrow when I turn my computer back on.
