by Alexandria Bellefleur
In this cute sequel to Written in the Stars, Darcy asks her brother Brendon to show her friend Annie around Seattle when she visits the city unexpectedly. Sparks fly and they fall in love over the two weeks f her visit. Annie also falls in love with Seattle. The problem is, she is due to move to London for a promotion at her uninspiring corporate job. Thus, Annie is faced with a decision about what she really wants and where she wants to be. Of course, it all works out.
Hang the Moon was sweet and entertaining, but a little bland. There wasn't anything wrong with the characters or the plot or anything, but there just wasn't anything about it that stood out, either. I liked Annie and Brendon well enough, and the story kept me engaged. I enjoyed reading it but also can't see myself thinking about it much now that I'm done. Good, not great.
