Ouch! (Ramblings about my current lack of health)

I think I have an ear infection. My left ear hurts. And by "hurts", I mean, feels like someone is stabbing me in the ear with a pair of scissors. It started yesterday afternoon and had gotten steadily worse. I had such an infection last August, too. Except that was worse, because it was both ears, and I was all stoic about the pain and didn't go to the doctor for two days. This time I'm being smarter and am going to the doctor right after work. I hope this is all a big coincindence and not the start of some August ear infection trend.
hca, Other Kenjari and I are still coming over this evening. Settlers will distract me from the stabbing pain. I apologize in advance if I'm not very chipper or cheerful.
